How we got here

2016

From building software systems to redesigning the systems behind execution

EIC was founded by Sergey Seroukhov, a software architect and startup CTO with more than 25 years of experience building operational systems across industries.

Across client work, the same pattern kept appearing: technology delivered more value when the process, knowledge, responsibilities, and quality standards behind it were made explicit.

That experience shaped EIC’s focus today. We combine engineering, process design, knowledge structuring, and AI automation to make complex work more reliable and scalable.

We apply the same approach inside EIC through structured workflows, owned knowledge, reusable assets, and AI-supported execution.
