How we got here

2016

Founded on a practical observation about how organizations actually improve

EIC was founded by Sergey Seroukhov, a software architect and startup CTO with more than 25 years of experience building operational systems across industries.

Over time, the same pattern appeared across client work: the biggest gains came not only from building software, but from improving the systems behind execution.

That insight shaped EIC's focus today. We combine engineering discipline, process thinking, knowledge structuring, and AI automation to help organizations move from manual, fragmented work to scalable AI-supported operations.

We also apply this approach inside EIC. Our own delivery model uses structured workflows, documented knowledge, reusable artifacts, and AI-supported execution.
